1. Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to CREAMaid. By using the services on CREAMaid website("the Site", "CREAMaid" or "we"), you are agreeing to the following terms.
The below are some of the definitions that will be used throughout this document.

• "Conversation" shall mean a promotion campaign that can be carried out by using CREAMaid service.
  
• "Conversation Starter" shall mean all the registered users using CREAMaid service to run a Conversation.
  
• "Post" shall mean a blog entry composed by the blog's owner.
  
• "payment" shall mean the money a Conversation Starter pays to the blogger whose post has been selected.

2. Responsibility for Selection of Posts

The responsibility and authority to select posts for remuneration belongs to the Conversation Starter, not CREAMaid.

3. Restricted behaviors for bloggers while using CREAMaid

When using CREAMaid, bloggers will not:

• submit false, inaccurate, misleading, libelous, offensive or defamatory posts to the Conversation
  
• create a blog whose dominant purpose is to use CREAMaid.
  
• submit posts from a blog that may be considered a spam blog.
  
• submit a post from a blog that does not contain much contents except the posts related to CREAMaid.
• submit plagiarized posts
  
• submit posts inappropriately including copyrighted material
  
• submit meaningless posts
  
• submit posts from media other than blog
  
• submit identical or nearly identical posts multiple times
  
• submit a post that is irrelevant to the topic suggested by the Conversation Starter
  
• submit more than one post per Conversation unless otherwise specified by the Conversation Starter
  
• submit a post written in a language not supported by the Service
  
• submit a post written in a language different from the Conversation Starter's topic
  
• submit a post that can be considered insincere
  
• attempt to submit posts using a program
  
• attach a widget outside of posts
  
• modify the widget code

4. Restricted behaviors for Conversation starters while using CREAMaid.

When using CREAMaid, Conversation Starter will not:

• reject a post unless it falls into the Restricted behaviors for bloggers category.
  
• avoid making decisions on selecting or rejecting a post.
  

5. Abusing the Service

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts.

6. Fees

During the beta period, CREAMaid will not take any fees except for the PayPal fee(5.6%, for receiving and sending the money) required for running the Service itself. However, we plan to change this policy after the beta period is over.

7. Leaving a Conversation

Although not recommended, bloggers can withdraw from a Conversation by using the PayPal refund feature.

8. Royalty Payment Method

• All payments will be made as soon as the Conversation starter selects the post.
  
• All payments will be made via PayPal
